Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking an RF microwave engineer for new product development and internal R&D. The role includes 3D simulations, optimization based on fabrication tolerances, and verification of designs within a multidisciplinary team.

The position involves proposing efforts, estimating design timeframes, and providing training while collaborating with interns and test engineers. Prototyping and design reviews are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant RF microwave design experience.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with EM emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance when required for a project.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specifications and assist in proposals and development.
• Design and verify RF microwave components and complex assemblies.
• Perform simulations, tolerances analysis, and data reduction; present results.
• Prepare design reviews and provide training to interns, co‑ops and technicians.
• Support production and MRB processes; assist in test station development and data collection.
• Collaborate in a multi‑disciplinary team and participate in internal/external reviews.
