This role involves supervising engineers, conducting performance modeling, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. The salary range for this position is between $184,100.00 and $276,100.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience, or 12 years with a Master's, or 10 years with a Ph.D.
• Current Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to multiple program teams.
• Supervise engineers at SR or Principal level.
• Perform subsystem analysis including hardware from RF to digital.
• Conduct performance modeling and support performance testing.

Skills

Proficiency in near-field or compact antenna test ranges

Proficiency with RF test equipment

Ability to develop novel solutions

Software scripting and debugging with MATLAB, Visual Basic, C++

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
