Job summary

NexGen Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design, develop, prototype and test RF, analog and digital subsystems for wireless products in Santa Clara, CA. The role includes supporting manufacturing during development and production and driving regulatory certification for US and international markets.

You will contribute to sustaining engineering, debugging field issues, improving manufacturability, reducing costs and elevating product quality, with emphasis on high-frequency

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering required.
• RF and digital design experience required; RF up to 28 GHz preferred.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and certification for wireless devices (FCC, ETSI, IC).
• Solid understanding of PCB design: RF design techniques, impedance control, clock distribution, material selection, EMI control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prototype and test RF, analog and digital subsystems.
• Provide manufacturing support during development and production.
• Drive agency certification for US and international markets (licensed/unlicensed spectrum).
• Sustain engineering support to debug field issues, improve manufacturability, reduce cost and improve quality.
