Job summary

The role requires a BSEE with 8+ years in RF hardware design or wireless product development; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE/PhD highly preferred.
• 8+ years of RF hardware design, RF systems engineering, or wireless product development.
• Expert in link budgets, cascade analysis, receiver sensitivity, spectral performance, and RF subsystems.
• Experience using RF/System simulation tools (SystemVue, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, Simulink) for architecture and system-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own final technical sign-off for RF hardware implementations across products with wireless links.
• Review and approve link budgets, cascade analysis, spectral performance, and RF subsystem requirements.
• Set technical direction for RF hardware implementation, verification, validation, and production-testing practices.
• Model, simulate, and validate RF architectures using SystemVue, HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, Simulink.
• Drive root-cause analysis for RF/connectivity issues including interference, desense, and coexistence.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure sound design proposals.
