Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer (RFE3) to support a large NAVSEA contract. You will oversee a 200-person team, including subcontractors, with on-site work at the Washington Navy Yard, DC, and possible telework with evolving relationships.

The role emphasizes hardware research, design, development, and testing of radar/EW components, RF systems, and data links, with collaboration across software and systems engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 20 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative support.
• Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test hardware systems such as processors, circuit boards, and memory devices.
• Create technical documentation, test plans, procedures, and reports for hardware.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure hardware/software compatibility and performance.
