Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA is seeking a Senior EW Test & Evaluation Engineer to own the full test loop against jamming threats. You will plan, execute, and analyze benchtop and radiated tests, derive design requirements, and verify them through iterative re-testing with a strong RF background.

Responsibilities include coordinating test campaigns, characterizing performance, and collaborating with counter-UAS teams to reflect realistic jamming tactics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RF systems, electronic warfare, or communications test and evaluation.
• Hands-on benchtop RF test instrumentation experience with analyzers and VNAs.
• Experience with radiated/OTA testing in controlled environments or open-air ranges.
• Able to translate test results into actionable design requirements and specs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (MATLAB, Python).
• Strong understanding of jamming and anti-jam techniques and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, and execute RF test campaigns against jamming threats in benchtop and OTA environments.
• Characterize system performance to identify vulnerabilities and failure modes.
• Determine countermeasures and anti-jam techniques to defeat threats.
• Document specifications and design requirements for countermeasures.
• Collaborate with counter-UAS teams to reflect realistic jamming scenarios.
• Verify changes through iterative re-testing to close the test-characterize-spec loop.
