Job summary

Mission Technologies seeks a senior RF/EW/Mission Data Engineer to develop MDFs for radar warning receivers and associated EW systems. Based at Robins AFB, the role requires strong hardware/software integration, radar waveform expertise, and collaboration with government partners to meet mission directives.

The successful candidate will guide MDF design and testing, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a high-security environment supporting U.S. military operations.

Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Working knowledge of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and associated MDFs.
• Working knowledge in the fundamentals of radar operation and waveforms.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member while seeking advisement as needed from subject matter experts.
• Must have the ability to mentor and advise less experienced co-workers in one’s area of assigned tasking.
• Clear, concise communication, both orally and written, with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational mission data files (MDF) for Air Force systems and perform radar waveform research, coding and test.
• Interface with aircraft maintenance and aircrew; ensure requirements meet MAJCOM directives.
• Partner with government counterparts to fulfill technical requirements and deliverables.
