You will provide system-level leadership across development, integration, and fielding of advanced RF and EW capabilities, coordinating with program offices, industry partners, and cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in RF/EW system engineering.
• Experience in a DoD program or product acquisition environment.
• Active TS security clearance and SCI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide system engineering efforts for MF/RF and EW capabilities across portfolios.
• Conduct analyses, integration planning, and verification activities.
• Evaluate vendor designs, interface definitions, and risk to program objectives.
• Collaborate with government, industry, and internal teams to ensure mission readiness.
• Support readiness reviews, trade studies, and capability maturation planning.
