Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead design, integration, and testing of advanced EW capabilities for CE COM.

The role requires 5–8 years of RF/electronic warfare experience, hands-on lab work, DSP/SDR expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. Active Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: Active Secret with verified eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• 5–8 years of progressive engineering experience in RF, hardware design, or electronic warfare systems.
• Hands-on experience in DSP, SDR architectures, or related RF engineering disciplines.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with RF/test equipment and the ability to troubleshoot using schematics and diagrams.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex engineering activities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support ARAT’s Terrestrial Electromagnetic Warfare (TEW) Branch in testing and integrating advanced ARAT software tools, algorithms, and processes with emerging EW platforms and tactical capabilities.
• Conduct robust unit, subsystem, and end-to-end system testing in lab, simulated, and field environments.
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex electrical and data schematic diagrams to maintain or repair test setups, hardware racks, and specialized tactical equipment.
• Provide technical recommendations regarding lifecycle maintenance, system modernization, and hardware/software resiliency in support of ongoing projects and field innovations.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, design packages, test plans, and technical recommendations supporting next-generation EW initiatives.
