Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer with an active Secret clearance to support the Army ARAT EW mission. You will turn warfighter requirements into tested, fielded systems for ASE and EW reprogramming in a classified lab and RF test environment.

Responsibilities include lifecycle planning, requirements traceability, system integration, and verification/testing across hardware and software domains. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience 5–7 years in a DoD environment with EW/C5ISR or RF test work.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• INCOSE SE certification, DAWIA, or MBSE experience preferred.
• Experience with Army ARAT or EW reprogramming processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning across the lifecycle: requirements, architecture, integration, V&V.
• Translate threat and operation requirements into hardware/software specs and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test plans for HWIL and RF test events.
• Produce engineering artifacts and brief status/risk to leadership.
• Support CM, risk management, and technical baseline maintenance.

Position Overview

Amatriot is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with an active Secret clearance to support the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team ARAT Electronic Warfare mission The Senior Systems Engineer will perform full lifecycle systems engineering turning warfighter and threat driven requirements into tested fielded total system solutions for Aircraft Survivability Equipment ASE and EW reprogramming Working in a classified lab and RF test environment the engineer plans integrates verifies and validates updates that keep Army warning and countermeasure systems effective against evolving threats collaborating closely with requirements specialists software engineers and RFtest personnel

Key Responsibilities

Systems Engineering and Technical PlanningPerform technical planning across the system lifecycle including requirements analysis functional and physical architecture integration and verification and validation V&VTranslate operational and threat driven requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional timeline and trade analysesConduct trade studies evaluating alternatives for cost performance risk schedule and supportabilityDefine and document interfaces; allocate and trace requirements for EW system and mission data updates including requirements traceability matrices and interface control documents ICDsIntegration Testing and VerificationDevelop and execute test plans procedures and reportsSupport hardware in the loop HWIL and RF test eventsAnalyze test results and drive corrective actionIntegrate and troubleshoot in the RF test environment and identify and resolve system anomaliesEngineering Documentation and Program SupportProduce engineering artifacts and review materials including SRR PDR CDR and TRR inputs technical analyses and white papersSupport configuration management risk management and technical baseline maintenanceBrief technical status and risk to program leadership and the Government customer

Qualifications & Experience
