Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Senior Manager RF Engineering to lead a team of RF and EE engineers in Holtsville, NY. You will architect, develop, and validate high-power, high-sensitivity RF transceivers for RFID and related wireless systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and production readiness.

On-site 3 days a week with 2 days remote, you will drive design decisions, coordinate cross-functional programs, manage budgets, and mentor engineers to deliver robust solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 12+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years hands-on RF/wireless circuit design & system integration.

Responsibilities

• Directs RF department activities and manages the operating budget.
• Develops and implements programs to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Leads architecture for high-power, high-sensitivity RF transceivers.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and production readiness.
• Mentors and guides cross-functional teams.
