Job summary

Aita Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a Sr. RF Engineer to design, modify and manage RF products through lifecycle stages from definition to release and maintenance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure specifications and quality goals are met.

The role emphasizes RF circuit design for wireless product-lines, measurement and validation, and ongoing technology exploration to keep products competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related industrial experience.
• In-depth understanding of electronic and RF circuits and microwave theory.
• Strong grasp of RF systems and wireless communication concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new RF and communication designs and improve related processes.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to production for low-cost wireless products.
• Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
• Verify designs via analysis, simulation, and measurement and document results.
• Conduct field studies and system test activities.
• Provide design and project support to factory and other departments.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and CAD designers.
• May lead projects of limited scope.
