Job summary

You will analyze, simulate, and develop RF subsystems, performing link margin analyses and contributing to design and test activities. The role requires active US security clearance or ability to obtain one, ABET‑accredited EE degree with extensive RF/antenna experience, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited electrical engineering degree with 15+ years in antenna and RF systems design, test, and evaluation.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide RF analysis, simulation, and development support for space-based RF comms systems.
• Perform link margin analyses using various modulation schemes and environmental factors.
• Write or contribute to design and analysis reports and deliverables.
• Mentor early-career and internship engineers.
• Participate in requirements reviews and `milestone` reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Support test campaigns in internal and external labs.
• Conduct RF subsystem trade studies and interference/compatibility analyses.
