Candidates should have 10+ years RF experience, advanced degrees preferred, hands-on with RF hardware and software, understand MRTFB RCC standards, and be able to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of RF engineering experience.
• Experience with RF hardware and software.
• Familiarity with MRTFB range safety standards and RCC requirements.
• Secret clearance required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate RF systems as part of range safety solutions.
• Review and refine system requirements with traceability, verification, and compliance with program objectives.
• Design, build, and test prototype RF systems to verify and validate the design solution as it matures to production.
• Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and government stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures and integrated technical solutions.
