Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead design and development of RF hardware for antennas and phased array systems. The role involves schematic creation, PCB design, prototype testing, and helping transition to production within a program team.

You will develop test plans, conduct trade studies, and prepare requirements while communicating with customers and managing schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 5 years professional experience; or 3 years with a related Masters degree.
• Proficient in RF modeling and simulation.
• Experienced with RF/Microwave PCB / CCA design and component selection.
• Proficiency with RF measurement techniques and test equipment.
• Ability to develop RF/Microwave design artifacts to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support program objectives.
• Ability to obtain & hold SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware for antennas, phased array antennas, and related distribution architectures for RADAR and military systems.
• Lead schematic creation, PCB design, prototype testing, and transition to production.
• Develop test plans, conduct trade studies, and prepare requirements documents.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and manage schedules and budgets.
