Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior RF/Electrical Engineer for a fully onsite role supporting national security projects. You will contribute across RF architecture, hardware design and system deployment, ensuring robust performance from prototype to fielded systems.

This hands-on position requires 5+ years of experience and an active security clearance, working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy mission-critical RF/EE systems across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Lead RF architecture and complex hardware design for national security programs.
• Develop PCB layouts, prototyping, testing and field deployment in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
