Job summary

Radenso Labs in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead RF/microwave circuit design from concept to production. You will translate system requirements into architectures, run verification plans, and guide cross-functional teams through layout and testing to ensure high-performance products.

The role requires deep RF expertise, hands-on testing with VNA/spectrum analyzers, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. Onsite work in Cincinnati with a competitive package awaits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of RF/microwave hardware design experience preferred.
• Strong RF fundamentals: impedance matching, transmission lines, S-parameters, noise, gain, stability.
• Experience from requirements through schematic, layout, bring-up, and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF and microwave circuit and subsystem design from concept through production.
• Make go/no-go decisions around RF architecture and system designs.
• Translate requirements into RF architectures, definitions, performance budgets, and verification plans.
• Design circuits using amplifiers, mixers, filters, oscillators, synthesizers, switches, and RF components.
• Perform PCB layout with impedance control for high-frequency/mixed-signal designs.
• Develop test plans and characterize RF performance with VNA, spectrum analyzers, and test equipment.
• Collaborate across electrical, FPGA, DSP, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
