Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing advanced electronic instrumentation and measurement technologies. This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems in a research and development environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RF and analog circuit design, low‑noise PCB layout, and laboratory testing. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while contributing to the development of highly specialized products.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high‑frequency analog and RF circuits operating above 100 MHz.
  • Create component‑level circuit designs utilizing RF amplifiers, filters, transistors, passive components, power supplies, and embedded devices.
  • Design and optimize low‑noise PCB layouts for sensitive electronic applications.
  • Perform hands‑on testing, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic hardware.
  • Utilize laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related instrumentation.
  • Apply transmission line principles to circuit and board‑level designs.
  • Support products throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through testing and production.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Hands‑on RF and analog circuit design experience.
  • Experience designing high‑frequency electronic circuits and systems.
  • Strong PCB layout experience with emphasis on low‑noise design practices.
  • Hands‑on experience testing and debugging electronic hardware.
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other electronic test equipment.
  • Understanding of transmission lines and high‑frequency signal behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
