Job description

We are working on behalf of a medium-sized, fast-growing maker of RF/Microwave modules and IMAs (Integrated MW Assemblies), based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. They make PAs, Up/Down Converters, receivers, and complex filters for Defense Communication Systems.

We’re looking for a Senior RF/Microwave Design Engineer who will be an expert RF/Microwave Design Engineer and may also be a Design Project Leader, if that is of interest.

• This individual will talk to customers about their system level needs and develop PA Designs accordingly.
• Will assign parts of the design to more junior design engineers, and ensure designs get through production successfully.
• We need 10+ years of RF Module and IMA design, focused on Power Amplifiers, preferably from a Defense background.
• Should have solid skills in RF Test and use of RF Circuit simulation tools.
