Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer III to lead RF design and optimization across wireless networks in Plano, TX. You will drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and interference analysis, shaping nationwide LTE/5G NR deployments.

You will mentor junior RF engineers, collaborate with RAN, transport, and deployment teams, and guide spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis for complex, high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization.
• Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering.

• Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability.
