Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer (Electrical Engineering) in Rolling Meadows, IL to design, test, and integrate RF/DSP algorithms using MATLAB and HFSS within an on-site team.

Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with related experience.
- Experience in digital signal processing and MATLAB modeling.
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test RF/DSP algorithms for RFEW applications using MATLAB.
- Develop, validate, and maintain HFSS models and simulations for RF propagation and antenna performance.
- Analyze system performance and support trade studies to optimize architectures.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and software teams to integrate designs into prototypes.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
