Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an RF Design Engineer to design, modify and manage RF and wireless products from definition through release. You will lead radio transceiver design, perform measurements, and ensure products meet specifications and quality goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, plus strong RF knowledge and the ability to coordinate across design, process, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of related industrial experience.
• Deep understanding of electronic and RF circuits, and microwave theory.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, RF certification, and experience with modeling and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new RF products and support existing ones to improve processes.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to production, including RF PA, LNA, and matching networks.
• Perform RF measurements with lab equipment and verify designs through analysis and testing.
• Coordinate design activities and provide technical support across departments.
• Oversee technicians and CAD designers to ensure project alignment.
