Qualifications

• 8+ years of RF engineering experience in high‑reliability product development.
• Extensive hands-on RF/microwave circuit design experience.
• Experience delivering RF designs from concept through production.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small RF engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of complex RF designs across full product lifecycle.
• Design and develop RF circuits, modules and subsystems for advanced communications applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to a small team of RF engineers.
• Lead resolution of complex RF design, integration, manufacturing, and test issues.
• Develop and execute RF test and troubleshooting strategies for RF/microwave, analog, digital and mixed-signal circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition designs from development to production.
