Motorola Solutions in Plantation, FL is seeking a Radio Device RF System Engineer to design and implement radio transceiver subsystems. You will work with COTS ICs and custom CMOS technologies for high-reliability public safety equipment.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into microarchitectural specs, modeling system behavior, IP evaluation, and power/performance optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable successful tape-out and deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven RF and mixed-signal transceiver development.
• Background in RF PCB design and mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience with multi-loop feedback and PLL/AGC subsystems.
• Verilog-AMS/UVM for AMS designs; Cadence CAD tools experience.

Responsabilités

• Translate requirements into microarchitectural specs for RF circuits.
• Develop behavioral system models and validate block-level specs.
• Integrate RF IP blocks into a SoC with internal/external collaboration.
• Optimize power and performance across multiple operating modes.
