Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; no degree with 10+ years considered.
• 4 years of antenna system test experience across design, development, manufacturing and verification.
• Experience with Matlab, Python or other antenna analysis tools.
• Experience with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for antenna systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex antenna test system architectures involving multiple, coordinated test equipment assets.
• Execute in a multi-disciplinary engineering team to test antenna products and resolve interface issues.
• Understand traditional antenna test methods such as far-field, planar near-field and spherical near-field and lead test execution.
• Support test programs using standard test equipment (Keysight, Agilent, Rohde & Schwarz, NSI-MI).
• Develop engineering documentation including technical specifications, test procedures and test plans.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively in verbal and written form.
