Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Lead RF Engineer – Aperture Architect to lead antennas and apertures on a major air program. You will drive technical execution, mentor engineers, and coordinate with program leaders to ensure a compliant system design.

The role requires 14+ years of related experience, a relevant engineering degree, and expertise in RF apertures, EM modeling, structural design, and low observable practices. Relocation and signing bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 14+ years experience or equivalent
• Experience leading integration of RF apertures into air vehicles
• Experience with Computational Electromagnetics Modeling
• Experience with structural design practices
• Experience with low observable design practices

Responsibilities

• Drives technical excellence throughout aperture design activities
• Provides technical leadership and ensures best practices across programs
• Oversees and approves technical approaches, products, and processes
• Collaborates with program managers and IPT leaders to ensure mission success
• Mentors and coaches aperture design engineers
• Captures lessons learned for future programs
• Resolves complex problems impacting milestones
