What You Will Do

• Lead a multi-disciplined project team in Radio Frequency (RF) design and development activities.
• Problem solve production and test issues.
• Manage design and production budget and program schedule.
• Prepare and present technical issues for program leadership and customer briefings.
• Work with a highly motivated, multi-disciplined, and experienced team of engineers and factory personnel.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Design or test experience in one or more of the following: Systems engineering, Arrayed antennas, Monolithic microwave integrated circuits, Radio Frequency (RF) modules, Beam forming architectures, Power and Thermal, Beam control firmware/software.
• Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams through structured systems engineering, integration, and test activities, and detailed planning to achieve on-time/on-schedule execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and presenting technical information to leadership and peers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with technical engineers, production personnel and support personnel.
• Presenting to upper-level management.
• Providing leadership to drive tasks to completion to support budget and schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Additional Information

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Salary range: \$132,400 - \$251,600 per year. Relocation may be offered based on eligibility.
