Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced RF payload leader to drive RF subsystem architecture and antenna/front‑end development for space vehicles. You will guide SDR‑based capabilities, perform validations, and collaborate across spacecraft subsystems to ensure mission readiness.

You will mentor junior engineers and help accelerate the technical roadmap for resilient RF space payloads in a demanding environment. Top Secret clearance and a strong engineering background are required.

Qualifications

Experience with RF/microwave circuit design including amps, mixers, oscillators, filters, and antennas.
Experience designing custom RF hardware or integrating COTS RF hardware through all development stages for Space Payloads.
Experience with electromagnetic simulation techniques.
Experience with RF measurement and testing tools (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators).
Proficient with RF design tools such as AWR, HFSS, or FEKO.
Knowledge of AS9100 standards and space hardware workmanship guidelines.
Ability to troubleshoot RF hardware.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities
