Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Sr Reverse Logistics Materials Planner to lead parts forecasting, supply planning, and reverse logistics oversight across HQ China, repair centers, and customers. The role emphasizes precision in forecast accuracy, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain repair programs.

Key duties include managing forecasts, PO/DT processes, and supplier coordination, while ensuring data integrity in SAP, SCS, and BI systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years minimum direct reverse logistics materials management experience (telecom/repair/OEM preferred).
• Experience in spare parts forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, PO/DT execution, shipment tracking, and repair center support.
• Experience managing multiple devices, customers, SKUs, repair centers, inventories, and ordering requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills for forecasts, data reconciliation, variance analysis, and trackers.
• Familiarity with HQ/enterprise systems such as SCS, FSSC, BI, SAP or equivalent ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling multi-month spare parts forecasts by model, customer, program, and repair center.
• Forecast and plan PCBA, handset, service spare parts needs and buyback exposure.
• Manage PO and DT uploads and ensure timely approvals and execution.
• Track shipments, ETAs, quantities, and delivery status with logistics partners.
• Coordinate RMAs, returns, and credit memos with HQ, finance, and support teams.
• Maintain inventory governance and reconciliation across HQ systems.
• Provide regular inventory health, utilization, and risk visibility to management.
