Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, demand planning, or related areas, preferably in semiconductor/high‑tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Regional Spares Planner for a North America account, aligning spare parts availability and replenishment priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute inventory plans supporting fab ramps, installed base growth, and uptime objectives.
• Analyze consumption trends, forecasts, and base changes to determine stocking levels and deployment strategies.
• Optimize inventory placement for regional depots and customer-consigned inventory to improve service levels.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics (service levels, turns, forecast accuracy) and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate across account team, global planning, supply chain, and logistics to resolve shortages and escalations.
