Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Revenue Accounting Systems & Automation Analyst to lead end-to-end reporting, automation, and data solutions across Revenue Accounting platforms. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve data accessibility, governance, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on implementing AI-enabled strategies, scalable reporting, and robust controls while enabling proactive issue detection and timely decision-making within the Revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting and revenue processes.
• Experience with enterprise data across multiple systems.
• Advanced Excel modeling and large dataset analysis.
• Translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, automation or finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of revenue accounting reports, dashboards, analytics, and data models.
• Drive automation and simplification initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Translate accounting requirements into scalable system and data solutions across Salesforce, Zuora, Snowflake.
• Design AI-enabled reporting tools with governance and oversight.
• Create Tableau Cloud dashboards and Tableau Prep workflows for revenue data access.
• Analyze revenue data across Snowflake and other sources to improve data quality.
• Develop advanced Excel models and analytical tools with business value.
• Enhance data flows across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue.
