Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Revenue Accounting Systems & Automation Analyst to drive automation, data governance and scalable reporting across Salesforce, Zuora, Snowflake and Tableau. You will own complex improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation and collaborate with Finance, IT and Data teams to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.

You’ll build advanced Excel models and analytics, design AI-enabled solutions for reporting, and help optimize end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IS, or analytics or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and revenue processes.
• Experience with financial data across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue accounting reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve controls.
• Translate requirements into scalable system and data solutions.
• Design AI-enabled reporting, documentation, and reconciliations.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and prep workflows for revenue data.
• Improve data quality by reconciling Snowflake with other sources.
