Genesys is hiring a Senior Revenue Accounting Systems & Automation Analyst to drive the end-to-end development of revenue reports, dashboards, and data models. You will lead automation initiatives, partner with multiple finance teams, and implement AI-enabled solutions across Salesforce, Zuora, Snowflake, and Tableau.

The role emphasizes data integrity, governance, and audit readiness, with opportunities to advance in finance systems and technology initiatives within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with complex financial data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with large datasets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and enhancement of revenue accounting reports, dashboards, analytics, and data models.
• Drive automation and process simplification to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
• Lead design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for reporting, documentation, reconciliations, and process support.
