Job summary

Zynex-Medical, Inc. in Denver seeks a Revenue Integrity & Payment Reconciliation SME to ensure reimbursement transactions are reconciled, posted, supported, and resolved across Commercial, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and patient-pay streams.

You will partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Payer Relations, and enrollment resources to improve cash application, reduce manual payment processing, and strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Revenue Cycle Management, or related field.
• Five+ years in healthcare revenue-cycle, reconciliation, payment-posting, cash-application, AR, or related ops.
• Knowledge of remittances, ERA processing, EFT workflows, and reconciliation principles.
• Ability to investigate complex financial transactions and document resolutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reconciliation/tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payments, remittances, deposits, credits, refunds, adjustments, write-offs, and balances.
• Investigate discrepancies among claims, remittances, deposits, and accounts.
• Validate payment-posting activity for accuracy and allocation.
• Research unapplied cash, unidentified payments, and unsupported adjustments.
• Maintain reconciliation workpapers, documentation, and audit trails.
• Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate payment, remittance, and posting processes.
