City of Fontana seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee the Revenue Division including utility billing, cashiering, business licensing, revenue collections, passport services, and citywide cashiering functions.

The role directs staff, analyzes revenue sources, manages budgets, ensures internal controls, and coordinates with other City departments and outside agencies. A strong background in municipal revenue management is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional revenue management experience, with two (2) years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in municipal or local government is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversees revenue division operations including utility billing, cashiering, tax collection, and treasury reporting.
• Audits and ensures accuracy and transparency of money transactions.
• Develops goals and policies for revenue collection and customer service operations.
• Plans and administers annual divisional budgets and financial reporting.
• Supervises staff, trains personnel, and coordinates with other departments and agencies.
