Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, invoicing, or AR.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with Workday Financials or PSA is preferred.
• Advanced Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly client invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform revenue recognition activities per policy and standards.
• Review and approve employee expense reports for compliance.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support collections efforts.
• Reconcile deferred revenue and WIP at month-end close.
• Support audits with timely financial information.
• Identify opportunities to automate revenue and billing processes.
• Assist ERP enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
