Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing complex data, generating insights and recommendations, and communicating effectively with decision-makers. The ideal candidate enjoys improving processes and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with commercial leaders to drive data-based decisions and enhance performance.

Responsibilities

1. Analysis & Reporting:
   • Interpret and prioritize analysis requests.
   • Conduct analyses and communicate findings to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
   • Create and manage reports and dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
   • Work with large data sets to extract insights and support decision-making.
2. Core Processes & Project Support:
   • Manage key initiatives like compensation, quotas, business planning, and territory design.
   • Develop and resolve complex models and procedures.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes.
   • Support teams by organizing data to inform decisions.
   • Develop tools and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
   • Mentor other analysts on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field or relevant experience; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in Sales Operations, Finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau; proficiency in Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
• Experience in medical devices or life sciences preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000 - $169,050.
• Performance-based bonuses, benefits, and retirement plans.
