About This Role

Kidde Global Solutions seeks a Senior Revenue Management Analyst for our Global Revenue Management organization. The role involves using data analytics and business expertise to provide insights and recommendations to leadership, impacting the company's growth. Collaboration with key functions to identify pricing opportunities to meet revenue and margin goals is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support pricing, sales, and marketing teams in identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability, leveraging data insights and stakeholder input.
2. Collaborate with sales and finance to drive actions and track progress against plans for margin improvement.
3. Evaluate promotion opportunities to enhance revenue and margin growth.
4. Analyze channel and product mix to inform decision-making.
5. Work with finance and sales leaders to develop commercial investments and budgets to maximize ROI.
6. Manage forecasting related to customer promotions and incentive pricing.
7. Oversee customer rebate and incentive programs and accruals.
8. Support price increase initiatives, including tracking and cost justification.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or revenue management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Strong data mining and analytical skills
• Understanding of P&L and cash flow
• Ability to work with management and teams
• Change management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• JD Edwards and HFM experience are pluses
• Financial analysis and accounting experience are pluses
