Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Senior Coding / Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure compliant charge capture and revenue tracking for BMC and BUMG. Remote with occasional onsite visits, you’ll lead initiatives and monitor regulatory changes across hospital and professional settings.

You will validate Epic workflows, perform root-cause analyses, and partner with finance and clinical teams to resolve workflow deficiencies while advancing payment accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5 years healthcare experience including coding, auditing, finance or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive revenue integrity experience preferred.
• Certification in CPC/CCS-P/CPMA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex revenue cycle initiatives and optimization projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project work plans and timelines.
• Validate Epic charging workflows and third-party interfaces.
• Analyze Epic work queues and revenue metrics for root causes.
• Audit charging, coding, and billing across clinical departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and train teams.
• Serve as the SME for charge capture and escalation support.
