Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field with 5+ years of healthcare experience.
• CPC, CCS-P, or CPMA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in coding, auditing, finance, revenue cycle management, or physician billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex revenue cycle initiatives to improve revenue integrity and compliance.
• Develop and execute detailed project work plans with limited oversight.
• Validate Epic workflows and third-party interfaces for accuracy.
• Analyze Epic queue data and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Audit charging, coding, and billing activities for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address workflows and provide training.
• Serve as subject matter expert for charge capture and escalation support.
