Job summary

Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) seeks a Senior Coding / Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure compliant charge capture and revenue tracking across hospital and professional services. Remote with occasional onsite, reporting to the Manager of Revenue Integrity, you will lead complex initiatives and monitor payer requirements.

You will analyze Epic workflows, perform root cause analyses, train clinical departments, and collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to reduce revenue

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 5 years healthcare experience including coding, auditing, finance, revenue cycle management, and/or physician billing (preferably AMC).
• CPC/CCS-P/CPMA certificates required or equivalent.
• Academic Medical Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex revenue cycle initiatives and large-scale optimization projects across high-revenue departments.
• Develops and executes detailed project work plans and timelines with limited oversight.
• Validates Epic charging workflows and third-party interfaces for accuracy.
• Performs root cause analysis on revenue data and presents actionable findings to leadership.
• Audits revenue-producing activities to verify compliance with evolving regulations and payer contracts.
• Partners with stakeholders to deliver targeted training and analytical feedback.
• Acts as SME and liaison for charge capture and escalation support.
