Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue in Illinois to lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for revenue. You will build financial models, validate assumptions, and challenge data integrity while supporting management with decision-ready insights.

In this role you’ll collaborate across teams, manage KPIs, and contribute to financial close activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required, MBA is a plus for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with revenue analysis, forecasting, reporting, or revenue P&L ownership.
• Advanced modeling and analysis skills for revenue and related KPIs.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, reporting and cross-functional partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance financial models for revenue forecasting and decision support.
• Perform analyses of operating revenue, business plans, and key metrics.
• Partner with business units to identify KPIs and provide insights on drivers and outlook.
• Support strategic planning, variance analyses, and financial close activities.
