Job summary

CDOT is seeking a Budget & Policy Analyst IV to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the department's transportation revenue program and to provide advanced financial and fiscal analysis. You will develop, maintain, and improve revenue forecasting models, including the annual revenue forecast and monthly cash model, and analyze revenue trends and forecast changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on revenue forecasting.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the Department’s revenue forecasting models.
• Independently evaluate forecast assumptions, methodologies, and inputs.
• Analyze economic conditions and legislation affecting revenues and determine modeling approaches.
• Prepare revenue reports for Executive leadership, TC, OSPB, JBC, and others.
