Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering technical requirements from stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience creating workflow documentation (process maps, FDS, user stories)
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions in healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and reporting for decision support
• Strong English communication and collaboration across IT and business teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Evaluate current-state workflows to identify automation and process improvements
• Design and implement Power Platform-based solutions and reporting tools
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications with IT teams
• Create process documentation, functional designs, and user stories
• Conduct system and workflow analysis to recommend scalable improvements
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new solutions
