Job summary

Benton County Health Department is seeking a Revenue Cycle Optimization Manager to lead revenue cycle operations for Health Services. You will oversee patient registration, coding, claims, denials, AR, and patient billing, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes.

You will supervise staff, set standards, and drive improvement with Finance, IT, and clinical teams to maximize reimbursement and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Five years of healthcare revenue cycle/finance experience with at least three years in management.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for revenue cycle operations.
• Supervise revenue cycle staff and set performance standards.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, Finance, Compliance, and IT to improve reimbursement.
• Ensure billing processes meet payer requirements and regulatory standards.
