Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across Utah and Nevada clinics. You will oversee billing, collections, AR, and vendor relations, while championing Epic workflows and optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in revenue cycle with at least 3 years in leadership, plus strong collaboration with clinical and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive revenue cycle experience in healthcare settings, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing billing, collections, AR, claims management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize revenue cycle operations across Utah and Nevada clinics.
• Own Epic revenue cycle workflows, reporting, and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to reduce denials and improve collections.
• Partner with clinical, operational, finance, and technology leaders to build scalable processes.
