Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences in Utah and Nevada seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership of revenue cycle functions across clinics. You will oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, and vendor relationships, serving as the lead expert for Epic workflows and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive revenue cycle experience in healthcare settings.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing teams.
• Experience with revenue cycle technology; Epic revenue cycle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle across multiple clinic locations (Nevada and Utah).
• Lead Epic revenue cycle workflows, reporting, optimization, and ongoing clinic transitions to Epic.
• Improve denials, enhance collections, and monitor financial performance.
• Partner with clinical, operational, finance and technology leaders to build scalable processes.
• Coach and develop revenue cycle staff and drive continuous improvement.
