Job summary

The Wisdom Teeth Guys, a growing multi-market DSO, is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to own and scale our insurance revenue cycle. This is a senior, build-and-scale role — not a maintenance position.

You’ll lead insurance verification, claims, and credentialing across all markets, own the metrics that drive financial performance, and build the processes and team structure to scale as we open new markets. Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proven success scaling RCM operations across multiple locations.
• Strong command of dental/medical insurance verification and claims.
• Process builder: documented workflows and training programs.
• People leader: experience managing distributed/remote teams.
• Data-driven: uses KPIs to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end revenue cycle: verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, AR and denial management, patient collections across all markets.
• KPIs and reporting: net collection rate, days in AR, denial and rejection rates, clean-claim rate, aging, with leadership reporting.
• Process and training: document and standardize workflows, build training systems, and SOPs across locations.
• Team leadership: manage and develop in-house verification and claims staff; build scalable structure.
• Vendor management: own relationships with outsourced billing partners, monitor SLAs and audits.
• New-market readiness: stand up revenue cycle operations for new markets as we open them.
