The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to own and scale our insurance revenue cycle across multiple dental markets. This senior, build-and-scale role leads verification, claims, credentialing, and billing operations with accountability for KPIs and performance.

You will manage in-house staff and outsourced partners, standardize workflows, and stand up RCM for new markets as we expand. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in dental/healthcare RCM and a proven ability to drive

Qualificações

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management with ownership of the full cycle.
• Proven success building or scaling RCM operations across multiple locations.
• Strong command of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid verification and claims; denials and appeals.
• Process builder who documents workflows, creates training, and implements KPIs and accountability.
• People leader with experience managing distributed/remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle: verification, claims, posting, AR, denials, and patient collections.
• Own KPIs and regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Standardize workflows and create SOPs; develop training programs.
• Manage in-house staff and oversee outsourced billing partners.
• Stand up revenue cycle operations for new markets as we expand.
