• Serve as primary advisor to client executives with narratives and recommendations.
• Drive engagement delivery: define scope, manage workplans, budgets, and timelines.
• Train junior resources through coaching, skill development, and feedback.
• Establish KPI frameworks and governance routines for sustained improvement.
• Partner with technology teams to optimize systems and workflows.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and proposals.
